How should I prepare my hair before my appointment?

How long will my appointment take?
Appointment times vary depending on the service, hair length, loc length, density, condition of the hair, and the amount of maintenance required.

What if I am late for my appointment?
Please arrive on time so that Yohannah can provide you with the best possible service without affecting other scheduled clients.
